As the founder and owner of B-MET, he brings extensive expertise in the fields of product development, industrialization, and product life cycle management. Through his long-standing work in leadership positions, including as head of production departments, project manager, and consultant, he has proven his ability to successfully implement and optimize complex technologies and processes.
His strengths lie in managing and controlling development projects, implementing technology transfers, and introducing efficient production solutions. As an interim manager, he has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to lead companies through challenging phases and achieve stable, sustainable results. His hands-on mentality, combined with deep technical knowledge and strategic thinking, makes him an ideal partner for companies seeking tailored solutions for technical challenges.
